  Love this campground! Extremely family friendly. Lots of stuff for the kids to do. (Jumpy pit, playgrounds, basketball nets, lots of field space, water feature). Lots of activities for adults as well (bingo; poker, karaoke nights etc)

  Great Campground but poorly run. The owners cater to older generations more than families. They claim the campground is family oriented but the money makers are the year round old people who hate loud families and constantly complain (who really yells at kids for having fun?)! Too many unfinished projects, no garbage cans at any park, no benches at parks, kids parks are in very poor condition and sometime dangerous for smaller kids. Has an adult only golf cart rule but doesnt allow younger licensed drivers to operate their golf carts.....tired of drunk adults allowed to drive around the "family campground" at all hours! The owner has expanded way too fast trying to make as much money as he can and left areas that are not finished and under developed....too many shallow promises. Water lines and power lines are not buried properly. Constant power outages and loss of water. The owner hid all the 50amp breakers from inspection and now the campground suffers the constant outages of power! Collected money up front from many people to pay for development that never happened!! This campground has huge potential but is poorly run and maintained!! Think twice before you consider this campground for your family!

  Not a family campground, as they may claim! Old timers are given priority over families. Who puts old timers with families that are out to have fun? Makes no sense. Tired of all the unfinished projects. No garage cans anywhere, especially at the parks. Parks are dangerous and falling a part. Cant even spread sand, just drops a giant pile and moves on! This place could be better if they were bought out and new owners came in! The power goes out all the time, who hides 50amp breakers from inspection?? Cuts corners every chance they get!! Asked campers to pay years in advance for a major project that just sits with no development!! Sorry but there are better options out there, just look around!!

  After spending a couple seasons at Lakeview Campground, I can honestly say it has been a wonderful experience for our family. Dan and Lorriane have always gone above and beyond to ensure we are taken care of in a timely manner.

  Owner and staff are very friendly, kind and attentive. The community feel here is amazing and I’m glad to be a part of it. The friends I’ve made being there is the bonus. Can’t wait till the season opens in May! 4 months 13 days and counting. WooHoo!!!!
